First Day of School

Yesterday was our first day of classes. It went as well as it could have gone, thanks be to God. Keep up your prayers. We were confronted with 65+ English 1 students, most of whom drifted in over the first hour. We had been forewarned about both the size and the late arrivals, so we began with introductions, for over an hour! We will give a fuller account soon.

I wanted to give you a heads-up about some additions made to other pages on the blog. I added a page for Music which includes some recordings of the Balide girls and (proud father) clips of Claire and Mark. I also added more to About: mailing address, maps (including one of Dili that shows where we live), and a slide show about Timor. [posted by David]
